Vehicle use
The customer and RENTLIVA should agree the permitted use of the vehicle, driver requirements, pickup process, return process, and condition checks before a rental begins.
Dates and locations
Pickup and return dates and locations should match the agreed rental arrangement. Changes should be discussed with RENTLIVA in advance.
Charges and responsibility
Daily price, extras, deposits, fuel, mileage, damage, insurance, and late-return treatment must be confirmed in the final business terms.
